Water Damage Restoration in Studio City

Studio City water damage splits two ways. In the hills south of Ventura Boulevard, winter storms push water off the slope and through retaining walls, garages and lower levels. In the flats and condo buildings, it is supply lines, water heaters, dishwashers and the neighbor upstairs.

Storm water from outside counts as Category 3, so soaked carpet and drywall in a lower level usually come out, and the room is cleaned and disinfected before drying. Rooms set into a slope also dry slower because the soil behind the wall stays wet, so we monitor them longer.
